From working with the bodyguard team of Nelson Mandela in South Africa, to surviving a road-side ambush in Baghdad, Iraq and going on to study at Harvard University and being featured in BRW and the Financial Review, Rob Redenbach helps strong leaders and strong teams to become stronger.
A former member of the Australian Defence Force, who went on to teach his own system of self defence to organisations such as the American FBI and the British SAS, Rob now specialises in helping strong leaders and strong teams to become stronger.
Some of the projects Rob has managed include: writing and implementing the defensive tactics program of Nelson Mandela’s Presidential Protection Unit; conducting a comprehensive security evaluation for the NSW State Transit Authority; providing armed escorts for the US Department of State in Baghdad, Iraq, and formulating safety enhancement strategies for aid-workers in Kabul, Afghanistan.
Going beyond physical security, Rob has successfully transferred the psychology of high-risk reaction to everyday life.
Foreign exchange traders, school principals and self-employed business owners are just some of the groups who have benefited from Rob’s practical experiences and academic achievements, which include; a Graduate Diploma in (counter)Terrorism, Safety and Security from the Australian Graduate School of Policing at Charles Sturt University, a Dean’s List award for academic excellence and successfully completing the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard University in the United States.
